On Monday, June 7th, take a swing to support infectious disease education and outreach at the 4th Annual Metro Invitational which will once again be held at Edgewood Valley Country Club in La Grange, Illinois.

All golf packages include:

Valet parking
Cart/greens fees
Caddy (one per foursome)
Access to driving range and practice green
Full-service locker room facilities with attendant
Complimentary refreshments on the course
Lunch, dinner and a pre-dinner reception with hosted bar.

For those not interested or able to golf, feel free to join us for just the reception and dinner.

5:00pm: Reception

SILVER SPONSOR(S) – $5,000
Benefits: One (1) complimentary foursome ($2,000 value); One (1) complimentary hole sponsorship ($1,000 value); Opportunity to promote company on-site; Inclusion on signage at the event; Recognition in event program and on website.
